In this beginner level class participants will develop and learn the most basic and essential parkour skills. This includes how to recover, roll, and train safely. Basic jumping, vaulting, acrobatics, cat leaps, tic-tacs, underbars, wall runs, and more are taught and practiced in this class. Students will develop a strong sense of coordination, landing techniques, and other movements that will help them transition into the more difficult and strenuous parkour movements in the intermediate levels. The Parkour Essentials class teaches levels 1 – 3.
